Perfectly clean place with very helpful staff members and sea views. Tastefully decorated and big size room, had a pleasant stay for a weekend away or a longer stay. Particularly good and incredible location steps away from Promenade. Also, close to all attractions.

Rooms clean, though mattress was uncomfortable with a noticeable dip on one side.

We had an amazing two-night stay, enjoying delicious breakfasts with a fine variety. The staff were accommodating, especially with our daughter's needs. The evening entertainment created a joyful atmosphere. Don't miss the opportunity to request your favorite songs!

A few cleanliness issues were noticeable, like some grime around the bathroom edges, which could definitely use better attention. The friendly service and engaging entertainment were great, despite a few drawbacks with room comfort and cleanliness.

It was just a balanced option for a couple of nights in Blackpool with very good value for money. The staff were fantastic and even offered help when one of my kids was sick . Consider bringing your own snacks, as the breakfast could be a bit basic for some.
